Matt, working with Scott Klein , helped us through every detail of selling our coop apartment for an excellent price. It was a difficult process because we had lived there so long. Matt found us people to update the apartment, do staging, move things to storage, and eventually, move out. He even took me to a garden nursery to brighten the backyard. Very hands on, and almost always available. He was a little optimistic about the initial pricing but that self-corrected. He was on top of every detail during the offer and closing process.
