What is Kirb Appeal?
Kirb Appeal playfully reimagines the term “Curb Appeal,” intertwining it with my last name, Kirby-Smith. Originally, it served as a brand campaign, capturing my childhood memories of Brooklyn through a “then and now” lens, showcasing the transformation of familiar places over time.
Today, Kirb Appeal has evolved into a dynamic real estate team based in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The “Kirb Appeal” stamp of approval signifies excellence, distinguishing remarkable properties and experiences from the ordinary—whether it’s a stunning seasonal front stoop, a magazine-worthy bathroom, a neighborhood adorned with festive lights, an emerging wedding venue, or an award-winning pizzeria.
